Based in NYC, he's the founder and CEO of Otis AI, a marketing automation startup. He's also the founder of House of Well (HOW), a wellness and fitness practice powered by software.
Rodolphe originally started his career in the music industry, working with artists, talent management agencies, and music labels. He joined Google in 2006 and helped the company grow its advertising business in France. He moved to New York in 2011, where he focused on building the YouTube business, leading content program strategy, and scaling their partner sales business. This work was critical in helping content partners build viable businesses on the platform. He left Google in 2018 to start his own venture.
He is an expert in brand building, digital marketing (brand, performance), digital advertising (media, platforms, ad sales, ad tech), video (production, distribution, and monetization), content partnerships, and product development.
A graduate of HEC Paris School of Management, Rodolphe holds a Master in Business and Management. He's passionate about exponential technologies and how they increasingly shape entire industries and all aspects of our lives. He's a certified behavior design specialist trained by Stanford University Persuasive Technology Lab Director BJ Fogg, Ph.D.
Last but not least, Rodolphe has been a music lover and maker for 25 years. Today, he consults for emerging artists and music startups and performs as a music selector and DJ for NeueHouse and at private events.
